Well well well…we meet again young chinese food….
Good morning! Yesterday I gave into temptation and went and got chinese food with my sister and dad. While so very delicious, I am now paying for it today.
But I figure, we all need to eat bad things every once in a while (it’s good for the soul
) but that just means that the next day, do an extra 1/2 hour of cardio or swap some raw veggies for your typical midday snack. It’s about give and take.
So today my goal is to really focus on what I am putting into my body. This morning started off with Double Fiber bread toasted with 1/2 cup cottage cheese on top. Then a sliced up peach and 3/4 cup almond milk. I’m not sure I like the cottage cheese on top. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted damn good, but it was hard to eat because the cheese was way to heavy. Imagine that lol.
